The 20ft Expandable Sanctuary features a heavy-duty, N1-certified structural steel frame and remains compact during transport, then expands on site to nearly eight times its shipping footprint. It is commonly used as a site or project office, commercial kitchen, classroom or training space, emergency accommodation, childcare facility, gym or wellness studio, personal office, boarding or bunk room, pool house, rumpus room, or temporary community space. Designed with DIY installation in mind — it can be installed or removed within a day. Not a Class 1a dwelling.
