Stormwater Pipes & Headwalls
Australian-made HDPE stormwater pipes from DN225 to DN1050, with matching headwalls, culvert kits, rubber seals and jointing lubricant for residential and commercial drainage.
High-performance HDPE stormwater pipe designed for gravity-fed applications including stormwater systems, sewer mains, culverts, retention systems, and water transfer.
Manufactured from 100% recycled and recyclable polyethylene with an expected lifespan well in excess of 50 years. Meets SN8 stiffness classification (AS/NZS 5065) and features an effective rubber ring joint system for leak-free installation.
Our range comes in two grades: A-Grade pipes include joining flanges, rubber seal rings and jointing lubricant, while factory seconds offer a cost-effective alternative for many applications. Round single headwalls, rubber seals and lubricant are stocked to suit, and twin headwalls and culvert kits are available on request.

Headwalls & Culvert Kits
Round single headwall
Our 3D-printed headwalls are manufactured from ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene), a thermoplastic polymer known for its durability and impact and heat resistance.
Paired with our HDPE stormwater pipes they are a cost-effective solution for your drainage requirements, saving on transport and handling compared with precast concrete.

Rubber Seals & Lubricant
A-Grade pipes have rubber seals & lubricant included.
Rubber seal rings and jointing lubricant are included with our A-Grade pipes. For factory seconds they can be purchased separately at the prices below.
Vinidex BK bactericidal pipe jointing lubricant is the suggested approved product. It has been specifically formulated for jointing pipes that use rubber ring joints, and has been tested over three years both mechanically and chemically at the request of the Australian water industry.

Common Questions
A-Grade pipes are our highest-quality pipes and come complete with flanges, rubber rings, and lubricant.
Second-grade pipes offer a more economical alternative. They may have cosmetic blemishes or minor manufacturing imperfections but are still suitable for many applications. As our stock of seconds varies, some pipes include flanges and some do not. Rubber ring and lubricant are sold separately.
Flanges
All A-Grade pipes are supplied with flanges.
Some second-grade pipes include flanges, while others do not. If you require flanges, please let us know when enquiring and we will do our best to provide a suitable option from our available stock.
Rubber Rings & Lubricant
All A-Grade pipes are supplied with rubber rings and lubricant for joining.
